Gap Freight Logistics provides freight dispatching, rate negotiation, and logistical support services for owner-operators and fleet owners. Our services include but are not limited to:

- Carrier-broker communications
- Rate negotiation and profitability analysis
- Paperwork management and compliance support
3. Carrier Responsibilities
Carriers partnering with us are responsible for maintaining active Motor Carrier (MC) authority, up-to-date insurance policies, and ensuring all equipment is in safe operating condition. The carrier must provide accurate information regarding their equipment, preferred lanes, and availability to ensure effective dispatching results.
4. Payment & Fees
Fees for our services are typically calculated as a percentage of the gross load value or a flat per-load rate. All payment terms, including invoicing schedules and accepted payment methods, are outlined in the specific Carrier Dispatch Agreement signed between the parties. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services.
5. Limitation of Liability
Gap Freight Logistics acts as a service provider connecting carriers with freight opportunities. We shall not be liable for any delays, equipment failure, cargo damage, or financial losses incurred during the transport of freight. Carriers assume all operational risks and liabilities associated with the execution of booked loads.
